Employment: Full Time

Our client is a highly specialized Medical Center that provides up to date medical services by experienced Consultants and Specialists, using the latest technologies with the-state-of-the-art medical equipment and systems. Responsibilities
• Be responsible to the Board for the organization and management of the Hospital in accordance with policies established by the Board and subject to direction of the Board.
• Ensure appropriate systems and structures are in place for the effective management and control of the Hospital and its resources including the employment, development, control, direction and discharge of all employees of the Hospital.
• Review and recommendation of new programmes, programme expansion or changes.
• Be committed to improve quality of healthcare measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Ensure effective human resource planning, strategic planning and identify resource implications. Periodic meeting with the senior executives nursing directors, finance & admin& board members to achieve the strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership in support of the Board's responsibility to develop and periodically review the mission, objectives and strategic plan of the Hospital.
• Control the day- to- day operations of the Hospital, as patient safety is a fundamental aspect of a safe healthcare organization. Ensure development, implementation and evaluation of patient safety measures making sure that patient care is being met in compliance with standards and Hospital policies.
• Be conversant with financial management practices in order to support the financial decision making process.
• To foster an environment conducive to the recruitment of quality healthcare staff. Recruiting effective leaders for senior management positions within the hospital.

Requirements

• Must Have a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master Of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Medical Management (MMM).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Health Management out of which 5-7 years' experience in a senior management position.
• Extensive experience in the Health Care management and Medical Doctor with sound knowledge and experience of the regional laws including experience on health care insurance products is preferable.
• Process strong leadership and multitasking skills.
