Job description / Role

Our client is a investment firm that provides tailored investment solutions to individual, corporate, and institutional clients in Bahrain is seeking a revenue-driven CEO with a strong background in Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the firm.
• Build and execute the firm’s wealth management and investment platform.
• Work closely with the Board on business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Establish a strong market brand for the firm in Bahrain and the broader GCC.
• Raise assets under management (AUM) through private clients, family offices, and institutional channels.
• Oversee discretionary and advisory portfolios, investment products, and client solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations
• Build and lead a lean, high-performance wealth and investment team.
• Mentor senior advisors and portfolio managers.

• 12–20 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to bring and grow portable AUM.
• Strong understanding of Investment funds, Alternatives, Structured products.
• Previous GCC experience (Bahrain / Saudi / UAE preferred).
• Commercial, entrepreneurial, and revenue-driven mindset.
