Chief Operating Officer - Corporate Services - Investments Firm
Leading investments firm in Bahrain is developing its leadership team and is looking for a generalist to lead its organizational development and manage multi-discipline functions across the entire firm. Business management and operational experience within a Financial Services firm is required.

The firm invests across debt and equity with a focus in the energy industry. Our client is developing its existing team as it moves to a more performance-based, meritocratic structure which has led to significant growth across divisions.
Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operations and to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the organization development and change
• Develop close working relationships across all business lines to ensure there is a coordinated approach to organization change
• Provide leadership and act as the core that streamlines processes across HR, IT, and Administrative departments
• Represent the company to all vendors, customers, government departments, and other key contacts
• Assisting with the planning and budgeting and organizational strategy for each separate division

Requirements
Candidates that will seriously be considered for the opportunity will have a minimum of the following qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role with proven managerial and strategic development expertise
• Varied experience working within or across multiple disciplines within an organization
• Strong background and experience within a Financial Services firm with preference given to candidates on the buy side
• Proven ability to step in for the CEO if/when necessary
• Arabic required
