Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on behalf of a leading FinTech business that are headquartered in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a new department of an exciting business to ultimately lead their entire development team both onshore and offshore.

Requirements

Applications are sought from those with 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role with extensive mobile development exposure. You will have experience in a range of development languages and ultimately be technology agnostic. It is essential that you also have an understanding of system infrastructure and process implementation. From a management perspective, it is important that you have experience in leading/building reams whilst managing team budgets & business planning. It is essential you have an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in a fast changing & growing business. You will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Sciences combined with an excellent command of the English language. Experience in Microfinancing products is also highly advantageous.
