Job description / Role
Looking for a Chocolatier / Chocolate Maker – Sous Chef for a reputed Hospitality group in Bahrain.
Responsible for turning a simple cake into a mountain of confectionery perfection. He supervises the entire place in preparation of his daily order list. The Sous Chef (Chocolate) also maintains the quality standards of each designed cake.
• Preferably with 5 years of experience in High-end food chocolate production shop or high-end catering
• Very passionate about his/her work. Create and inspect product before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment. Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Minimum 5- 7 years of experience as a Chocolate Maker / Chef in a reputed star hotel.
• Experience in the GCC is preferable
• Leadership and supervisory skills essential.
