Civil Lead Project Controls Engineer

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Follow up and implement the established project controls’ processes and prepare all reports and deliverables, as required.
• Prepare and manage the schedule of works.
• Prepare and manage the project budget, cost estimates for completion and variation assessment.
• Manage the contract scope, including any claims and variations.
• Manage the invoicing and measurement processes.
• Assist in the procurement of project materials and subcontractors and their subsequent control.
• Supervise a team of Project Controls Engineers and Planners.

Requirements

• Must have Civil Engineering Degree.
• Industry more on Heavy Civil or Marine Projects, i.e. bridges, highways, breakwaters 5 to 10 years’ experience.
• Should focus mainly on Project Controls Job Description related to cost control, budget, progressive measurement and background in planning.
• Must have been working in current employer as Project Controls Engineer for at least 5 years.
• Preferably Single Status due to possible Project Transfers.
