Further, as a Client Services Officer in Regional Commercial/APM Terminals Bahrain you will:

- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

Requirements

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

- Master’s level education in Business or other relevant discipline (is a must) with a maximum of 3 years’ work experience after graduation, in parallel with education or between degrees.

- Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in transport and logistics.
- International mobility and willingness to travel.
- An excellent command of spoken and written English.
