Job description / Role
This highly respected main contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager to join its business in Bahrain.
Although head office based, the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a number of high profile schemes including malls and multi-purpose commercial developments.
Responsibilities will include a full range of commercial and contractual duties including claims, EOTs, value engineering, and variations.
Salary:
BHD
5,500 to 6,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Applicants should fit the following criteria:
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• Additional qualifications and professional memberships such MCIArb and MRICS an advantage
• Prior GCC experience
• 10+ post graduation experience
