Job description / Role
The Company:
Tier 1 International main contractor operating across the Middle East, responsible for successfully delivering iconic building and infrastructure projects over the past 30 years.
Position:
• We are looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager to oversee a large building project in Bahrain. You will be based on site and will have a team of quantity surveyors reporting in to you.
• You will need a proven track record working with FIDIC contracts and able to lead and guide the commercial part of the project, including variations, budgets, contractual correspondence, EOTs, and may serve as a point of contact for the client and Consultant.

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 10+ years quantity surveying and commercial management experience in civil engineering and building works.
• Excellent communications skills in English.
• Previous experience working in Bahrain / Middle East is required.
