Are you a highly experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager with a proven track record on major construction projects? An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading contractor in Bahrain for a seasoned professional to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for an individual who excels in all aspects of commercial management within the large-scale build environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance, contractual compliance, and risk management of significant commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all commercial activities from project inception through to final account.
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise profitability and mitigate risks.
* Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes effectively.
* Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Ensure adherence to all commercial and contractual obligations.
* Mentor and develop a strong commercial team.

* Demonstrable extensive experience as a Commercial Manager on large-scale commercial build projects (e.g., high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, corporate facilities).
* A strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction law.
* Proven ability to manage complex budgets and drive cost efficiency's.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.

While GCC experience is highly desired, we actively encourage applications from candidates with a strong background on substantial international projects who are looking to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits:

* A highly attractive compensation package is on offer for the right candidate, with a total monthly package ranging from BHD 4,000 to BHD 5,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A results-oriented Commercial Manager with 15+ years of experience in large-scale commercial build projects. Expert in financial and contractual oversight, ensuring profitable and timely project delivery.

Successfully managed commercial aspects of projects up to £60M+, consistently delivering within budget. Adept at complex negotiations, protecting project profitability.

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.
