What you will be doing:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative dessert concepts that align with our commitment to excellence
- Utilize feedback as an opportunity for growth and improvement in your culinary skills
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or culinary arts training preferred
- A passion for pastry and a dedication to superior guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy in team interactions
