Job description / Role

- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans.
- Monitor the financial performance of the company.
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages.
- Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets.
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures.
- Communicate financial metrics to senior management.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Financial or Business-related field

Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years and more

Specialist knowledge:
- Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements.
- Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers.
- Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System.
- Accomplishes the objectives by orienting, training, assigning and scheduling the employees.

Manufacturing kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom furniture elements from pre-finished sheet material, with in-house capability to cut, edge, bore, insert and assemble carcass components, as well as that doors (frontals / fascias) can be manufactured in-house or in some cases due to specialist finishes these are bought in from specialist suppliers.
