Job description / Role
We are working on an exciting role with a top-tier law firm in Bahrain. The law firm deals with international and local corporate clients and is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their team.
The role will be to work the corporate team and focus on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring etc., along with associated commercial work e.g. JVs etc. The firm acts for a range of clients from international and regional companies and financial institutions, along with government entities etc. across the UAE and broader Middle East region.
Requirements
The firm in interested in speaking with a high calibre Arabic speaking corporate lawyer with private practice experience and preferably in-house experience. Candidates should be based in Bahrain with 3 -5 PQE.
