Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a hotel group in Bahrain who are looking to hire a Corporate IT Head. This role will work to align IT with the overall business strategy and goals by developing and implementing the group and property IT strategy.

Your main responsibilities will be to analyse, communicate and implement the IT strategy to support the business success. You will provide consultation to the group and properties on all aspects of IT, digitalization and innovation, providing value and compliance. The Corporate IT Head will manage the IT budget through estimation, approval and control. A key focus will be to develop and implement highly secured IT security across the group and property level including systems, access, policies and standards against all potential risks.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, with over 7 years’ experience in systems support. The ideal candidate currently works in a similar corporate position within a hotel group. Middle East experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
