Position Title: Corporate Service Representative – Islamic Banking
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,200 BHD plus allowance and bonus
Job Location: Seef, Bahrain

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end corporate onboarding, including KYC collection, verification, original document checks, and maintaining accurate physical and electronic files with proper filing and version control.
• Conduct periodic KYC reviews, perform name-screening checks, identify and escalate risks or PEPs, coordinate with RM and Compliance teams, and update customer risk ratings.
• Coordinate with Operations and Compliance for approvals, account openings, and regulatory submissions; maintain trackers of onboarding/review activities and prepare monthly progress and compliance reports.
• Conduct internal file reviews, ensure audit readiness, recommend process improvements, streamline onboarding, and uphold documentation quality and regulatory compliance.

• Open to Arabic nationals, aged 38 and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or Compliance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bank or financial institution, preferably within corporate client onboarding, KYC, or AML/CFT compliance
• Experience in World-Check or equivalent screening tools, and familiarity with core banking/KYC workflow systems.

Salary:
BHD 1,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
