Job description / Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and solutions within the metal industry. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, facilitating communication and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining our high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, and shipping logistics.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process customer orders and manage order tracking from initiation to delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and production to streamline the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the metal industry, manufacturing, or logistics shipping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges.
