Employment: Full Time

Our client is a multinational financial services corporation that offers banking and payment services globally. Our client is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to be based in their Bahrain Office.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representative will perform specialized and complex customer service work at various customer service locations.
- Data Reporting
- Take an active role in promoting programs introduced by the Company; ensure established standards are adhered to.

Requirements

- 0 - 1 year Customer Service Experience
- High school or Diploma Holder
- Excellent Arabic and English
- Background in similar field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- The candidate must have a valid driving license.
