Our client is a leading financial foreign exchange company. They are currently looking for Digital Products Manager to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Digital Products Manager is responsible for developing the corporate and retail prepaid card and mobile payments business for the Group in co-ordination with Group Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Heads in all the Group Markets with a focus initially on the anticipated launch of the Wages Protection Scheme (WPS) in Bahrain and subsequent launches of prepaid travel cards for both retail and corporate customers.

The role involves a substantial business, product development and marketing component involving external meetings with corporate customers and business partners including Card Associations, Card Issuers and Sponsors, Third Party Processors, and vendors as well as the Marketing agency, and work on special project from time to time.
• Work closely with the Group Head of Business Development & Operations and Group Head of Sales & Marketing, the General Manager and Corporate Business Development Manager and other group stakeholders to maximize development opportunities within Bahrain and across the Group.
• Proactively develop new Payroll Card and Travel Card business corporate sales leads and maintain existing relationships by resolving inquiries or disputes promptly, and manage attrition rates with corporate customers.
• Recommend Pricing Structures and Product Features.
• Achieve profitability objectives as per given targets and financial budgets.
• Coordinate and contribute to the development of quarterly and annual strategic plans.
• Track marketing spends and sales targets for new digital products to ensure they are in line with approved budgets. Monthly MIS versus Year Budget.
• Create and present sales and account activity reports as required by the Group Head of Business

Development & Operations and other group stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the new marketing and sales strategies based on the Payroll and Travel

Card and Mobile Payments sales strategy.
• Provide accurate and timely competitive analysis of market activities to enable a more proactive and thus more competitive approach to business building and evolution.
• Ensure that all digital product POS and marketing materials for Bahrain are approved by the

Group Head of Business Development & Operations and Group Head of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• University Degree required as a minimum, preferably in Marketing/ Sales or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in Foreign Exchange Company in a Management/Supervisory role handling card programs.
• Must have a proven sales track record.
• Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
• Must be able to speak fluent English and preferably second language
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• High attention to detail
• Strict work ethics
