Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist - Immediate Joining

KHK SPORTS is a sports promotion organisation that promotes BRAVE Combat Federation (Mixed Martial Arts) content and events. Founded in Bahrain, our mission is to globalise the sport of MMA and the legacy of Bahrain around the world. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will drive the success of our global social media, web, and digital media channels. You’ll work across social networks and website properties to drive brand awareness and engagement with our audience. The ideal candidate will have inputs into the design and branding of campaigns (both paid and organic), craft social media posts, manage our social media communities, create videos, identify and engage influencers, track and optimize social media metrics, and more!

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic social media and digital marketing specialist with knowledge and experience operating in the sports markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute, optimize and measure social media and content campaigns (organic and paid) in order to support branding efforts across all global platforms
• Support with all social media copy writing needs
• Collaborate with production team to create, refine, and optimize social content
• Use social listening tools to generate insights, fuel social conversation
• Engage in conversations in all relevant forums and community groups
• Test new social content formats and creative social angles constantly
• Manage day to day community management initiatives and social media calendar
• Manage multi-channel communications on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
• Build meaningful relationships with fans and provide first-class customer support
• Implement digital advertising efforts across all global platforms
• Educate internal departments and team members on social media best practices
• Analyse analytics to gauge the success of campaigns

Salary:
BHD 350 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or similar field
• Experience building social media strategy for a brand. Executing on that strategy, and reporting results.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with organic and paid channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram; and social management tools
• Familiarity with SEO
• Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong creativity and passion for creating responsive, interesting content
• Creative mindset
