Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Scope:
Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Area 1: Strategic Directive
• Contributes towards the three-year annual strategic plans and budgets.
• Monitors organisational progress towards objectives and key performance indicator.
• Participates in transforming the company's strategy into operational plans focusing on own functions.
• Reviews and approves departmental policies and procedures.
• Promotes and maintains business development aspects of the organisation as well as establishing solid relationship with all associating organisations.
• Manages employees under supervision and ensure they possess the skills and knowledge required for quality works.
• Verifies efforts are directed towards set goal achievements as well as builds and maintains high level of employee engagement.
• Leads and supports reporting employees, ensuring clear goals and accountabilities are established and achieved.

Key Area 2: Operational Responsibilities
• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
• Develops and oversees the sales/marketing operating budgets
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
• Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
• Researches potential sales related to legal documentation and property management.
• Inspire, manage, develop and lead the sales & marketing team to implement sales & marketing strategies effectively.
• Negotiates sales agreements and manages agreements on all sales opportunities
• Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.
• Develops new uses for existing products by analysing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analysing data; consulting with internal and external sources
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
• Maintains relations with customers by organising and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
• Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.

Requirements

Experience Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.

Education & Qualification Requirements:
• Postgraduate Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar (MBA Preferred).
• Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM).
• Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
