Job description / Role
Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for leading and managing the ecommerce operations within the retail industry. This role involves overseeing the online sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing the ecommerce team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital channels. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize online sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
• The candidate shall have experience in 100% of the below Key Area of Knowledge.
• Know how to build the website SEO , SEM and be able to evaluate the digital media always on campaign.
• Study the UI/UX of the website and advice on the best customer experience by highlighting the heat map of the product placement .
• Know how to analyse and choose the product that is matching with the event .
• Create the marketing calendar and align the offering with the positioning of the company.
• Have an operational knowledge by understanding the shipping and last mile delivery rules and regulations.
• Able to create the website content by writing proper [English or Arabic or both] description of the product.
• Have exposure for the datamining software , CRM dynamics, email marketing and customer service add-ons.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing ecommerce operations within the retail industry.
• In-depth understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing ecommerce team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is preferred
Salary:
BHD
1,800 to 2,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
