Engineering Manager - Design Consultancy

Job description / Role

International Engineering Consultancy requires an Engineering Manager to play a key role in the management of their Bahrain office.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing members of staff
- Managing projects
- Site inspections
- Liaising with local authority bodies
- Assisting in the design process
- Producing tenders
- Developing and winning new business
- Recruitment & Retention of staff

Requirements

- Be degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
- Have a minimum 15 years engineering experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in Bahrain
- Have experience of working for an engineering consultancy
- Be an Arab national
- Have experience of working with government agencies
