The Enrolment Supervisor should be a natural leader, someone who can supervise the happenings in the office by paying attention to detail and ensuring that all tasks are completed beforehand during the enrolment process. Moreover, proactively nurturing prospective students throughout the enrolment process as well as maintaining healthy, good relationships with sponsors is required. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Enrolment Supervisor will be interacting with a variety of people, from students to professors, to internal faculty as well as with sponsors and external institutions; therefore the successful candidate would have to possess excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a polite demeanour.

The successful candidate will manage all the aspects of office administration and operations of the branch organisations, which includes maintaining a comprehensive database, preparing files for admissions, managing events, support the institute's website updates and much more. However, the Enrollment Supervisor will also be responsible for interaction with potential students, by advising students via telephone or face-to-face regarding topics like Financial aid or Counselling for example, ensuring that relationship between the organisation and the student body is strong.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess knowledge of the Arabic language, and have at least three years experience in a supervisory position. Furthermore, a qualification in business or a management-related area is preferred. Since the environment is always changing and busy, the candidate will have to be adaptable, focused, decisive and committed. Taking initiative with enthusiasm and drive is much admired, and a person who is time conscious, who can meet deadlines are desirable traits. The organisation expects representation of the brand as well through various interactions and events.
