Job description / Role
This role will report directly to the Head of Estimation with a key responsibility to prepare quotations, support the Senior Estimators and ensure assigned works are accomplished as per the direction and guidance of Head of Estimation.
Key Accountabilities:
- As part of Estimation team, participate in creative discussions leading to optimal development
- Participate in tender document evaluation and responsible for the preparation of cost estimates of large and medium tenders
- Participate in Pre-tender meetings and site visits
- Use analytical skills to conduct appropriate review of large tender documents and ensure own works are successfully delivered
- Ensure support documentation are available and data recovery can be done as and when required
- Be familiar with, contribute and be able to fulfil the requirements related to the various details
- Assist in the development of Estimating models, tools and best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tendinering and estimation role.
- CCS Candy is a advantage
- Computer Literacy including MS Office
- Leadership Qualities, positive work ethics and attitude
