Gulf Connexions is currently seeking a dynamic, resourceful, solution orientated Executive Assistant to join our clients who is one of the leading holding groups based in Bahrain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a high functioning and ever-growing business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrative professional who is looking for their next opportunity to grow and advance their career.
• Management of complex calendars of the Managing Director with a high level of detail.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare daily and weekly schedule briefs.
• Organize meetings including booking conference room space, organizing agenda’s and preparing materials.
• Manage travel requests and arrangements with a focus on optimizing travel spend as best possible.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects where required.
• Minimum 5 years + in a similar role supporting C-Suite/Senior Executives.
• Must be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels.
• High detail of attention to detail whilst also being tenacious with execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Professional demeanour and presence.
