We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the C-suite within a leading financial services firm in Bahrain. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Description

* Manage and coordinate the Executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Act as the point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
* Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Monitor and manage email correspondence efficiently.
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of events and conferences.
* Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:
