Job description / Role
About the Client:
The hiring company is an international group of companies with key business sectors in Food & Beverage industry and Real Estate development.
Job Role:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
Requirements:
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 5 year of experience in a Secretarial position
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
