Female Food & Beverage Cost Controller - Hospitality

Job description / Role

• Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.

Salary:
BHD 250 to 350 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Candidate must be in Bahrain currently. Position is based in Adliya.
• Female candidates should apply. Any nationality is preferred.
• Candidate must be from same background.

Degree in Accounts
• A minimum of 3 years experience in catering or food services and F&B cost control and menu management working in catering or food services organization
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent Excel skills
