Our client is one of the leading suppliers of the locally produced fresh food in Bahrain.

They are currently looking for a Field Sales Officer to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Service existing customers, obtain orders, and seek new customers
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Prepare and communicate sales reports internally as directed
• Gives sales presentations to prospective clients and line manager
• Follow up and monitor market conditions, identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Conduct business reviews with clients and listen to their needs and concerns
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and market data
• Ensure continuous availability of stock
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members and line manager to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements

Qualification & Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Sales Executive in food industry/fast moving goods
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
