Finishing/Finisher/Finishes Manager

Job description / Role

• Oversee and manage all finishing activities in construction projects.
• Ensure finishing works adhere to project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction finishing work.
• Proven experience in project management and team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and finishing techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
BHD 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
