Company
Our client is a leading hospitality group in Bahrain. They are currently looking to recruit a General Manager – Lounge

Duties & Responsibilities
• Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when dealing with Customers, Employees, Vendors, District Managers, Corporate Employees or Operations staff.
• Must be able to know the duties of Floor Runner, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager
• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the lounge, ensuring that a 5* service is delivered to the customers
• Leading, motivating, developing and directing the team to maximize efficacy in customer service.
• Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognized.
• Ensuring all staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
• Ensuring all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives.
• Completing monthly Stock takes.
• Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables.
• Ensuring all health and Safety and Food and safety legalization is adhered to.
• Grow location revenue by having an effectively managed location, Including, hiring and training the best employee’s available, delivering exceptional service, maintaining proper staffing , keeping property clean and safe, evaluating competition, knowing your player base, being aware of your community’s economy

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
• Five years proven experience in leadership roles in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, public houses or airport lounges) with an evidenced passion for delivering excellent customer service and key performance targets.
• Evidenced experience in coordinating business activities with internal and external support functions and legal / government bodies.
• Proven people development skills with evidence of successfully building capability in individual direct reports.
• Fluency in English
