Our client is a long established, respected and market leading ISO producer of Ready Mixed Concrete and Precast Concrete products, serving the Bahrain construction industry.
The Role:
• As a result of impending retirement, the company is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced industry professional for the position of General Manager, to take charge of all aspects of the business operations and ongoing development of the company.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate either existing General Management experience, gained within the concrete, or closely allied industries, or show extensive departmental management experience in the industry, within the areas of Technical, Operational or Commercial management.
• In addition, applicants will require strong organizational, administrative and client facing skills, as well as a high level of commercial awareness, the ability to represent the company at every level and not least, leadership drive.
• Although not essential, preference will be given to applicants with local knowledge gained from previous Gulf experience.
• Reporting to and working with the Managing Director, the position offers an excellent opportunity for a vibrant manager, to play a very significant role in the future development of a major Bahrain concrete producer.
