Employment: Full Time

Our client is an International Insurance Reinsurance company based in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Group Operational Risk Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all areas of Operational Risk across the Group with strong emphasis on educating, designing, developing and implementing processes to continually strengthen and improve the Operational Risk Management methodology
- Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment review of the business current readiness for “business continuity” and propose a plan of action for mitigation and recovery
- Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management framework for the organisation.
- Coordinate the execution of risk assessments, scenario analysis, key risk indicators and provide support to the local risk managers

Requirements

- Professional Risk Management Qualification
- 6+ years of experience in compliance and operational risk
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- In depth knowledge of operational risk issues
- Knowledge of Arabic and English Language
- Self-motivated with a structured and determined approach to work
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Willingness to travel extensively
