About the Client:
A 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Amwaj Island, Bahrain known for offering a unique special contemporary Arabian hospitality treatment to all its guest
Job Role:
• Answers all calls within three rings, using the guest surname at least three times throughout conversation.
• Inputs all guest, Engineering, Housekeeping, etc. requests promptly and accurately into the Front Office System.
• Monitors all calls that are on queue and answers appropriately.
• Coordinate and assigns by dispatching work orders to the appropriate department and staff and ensures the assigned work orders are completed in accepted standard time and priority
Requirements
Position Title: Guest Service Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and duty meal
Job Location: Amwaj Islands, Bahrain
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationality
• Female, 29 y/o and below
• At least 3 years’ experience from F&B industry
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
• Locally available in Bahrain will be prioritized
