Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting a Group Head of Internal Audit on behalf of a leading Financial Services client based in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity to support the board by providing ongoing assurance of the suitability and effectiveness of key business controls.

Requirements

Applications are sought from those with at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience of which at least 5 years will have been spent in a financial services institution. It is essential you have a good combination of GCC experience and international experience – ideally North American or European markets. It is essential you have the gravitas and ability to operate at board level and take ownership of business wide decisions. It is also essential to have good experience in Risk, Compliance and IT Security. You will hold suitable industry certifications and have an excellent command of written & spoken English.
