Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking suitable candidates for the position of Head of Compliance and AML with a background in Islamic Retail Banking.

• 15+ years of experience in AML, compliance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Islamic Retail Banking.
• Experience drafting and updating bank-wide compliance policies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• CAMS certification desirable.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other specialized technology as required.
• Possesses project management and people management skills.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Has strong experience in bank financial reporting and regulatory.

• Multi-task and prioritize.
• Has a strong attention to detail.
• Work in a dynamic environment.
• Drive compliance programs with very little guidance and short turnaround times.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
