Position Title: Head of Corporate Banking
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2,000 BHD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Bahrain

About the Client:
One of the leading global institutions in Islamic banking in the MENA region.

Job Description:
• Manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost effective long term liability with reputable companies and organizations in order to ensure Bank’s maximum profitability.
• Manage existing business base. Leverage relationships with large and complex existing accounts to grow and retain business and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Identifies upsell opportunities from existing clients and new sales leads for revenue generation to promote business growth.
• Analyze clients' business needs and develops solutions and product enhancements and new development opportunities to maintain and grow business.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Banking
• At least 7 years of demonstrated sales and marketing experience and broad industry knowledge in banking or finance sector
• Extensive experience in managing corporate relationships, including high-net-worth clients and large corporations.
• In-depth understanding of corporate lending, cash management, trade finance, and treasury services.

Salary:
BHD 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
