About the Client:

Job Description:
§ Develop and execute corporate banking strategy, driving business growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion.
§ Lead client relationship management and business development, providing tailored financial solutions.
§ Oversee credit assessment, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross?functional collaboration.
§ Manage and mentor the corporate banking team, reporting performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
§ Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
§ Minimum of 15+ years in banking, with at least 10 years in corporate banking or senior leadership role within the Southern African market.
§ Proven track record in corporate finance, portfolio management, and business development with a strong understanding of credit risk, lending products, and regulatory compliance.
§ Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Salary:
BHD 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
