Job description / Role

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develops the overall sales strategy, business plan and budget
• Manage the collective efforts of the sales team to sell the company products and services through and to promote business development and growth
• Drives the pipeline growth by developing institutional relationships and identifying distributional opportunities
• Oversees and develops the sales team by leading and promoting a strong sales culture on a day to day basis
• Coaches, trains and empowers the team in-line with company and HR objectives
• Manages and enhances existing relationships through regular communications and visitations, ensuring expectations are being met at all times
• Oversees and controls administrative functions, especially reporting
• Updates clients with relevant news and latest information that impacts their investments both within the company and outside
• Conducts regular fact finding meetings or calls to expand and improve the services across all required areas
• Drives the business and product development and cross – selling function of the sales department through a sustained sales and marketing campaign across the region
• Conducts or facilitates regular communications, meetings and updates with other client-facing departments to ensure a focused approach to all existing and potential clients
• Work with all business units on developing new products expanding the company overall product offering, creating a stronger relationship throughout our client universe
• Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities.
• Manage new products development throughout its various stages including budgeting and preparing financial analysis reports for management.


Qualifications & Experience
• English - Bilingual is preferred
• Minimum Bachelor in Finance or Banking
• Minimum 12-15 years in relevant role
• Experience in Banking / financial sector
• Experience in Bahraini Market
