Head of Finance

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting a Head of Finance on behalf of an exciting, growing FinTech headquartered in Bahrain. This is a strategically important role that will provide leadership, direction and management of the finance & accounting team.

Requirements

Applications are sought from exceptional professionals that can demonstrate at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a finance leadership role within financial services. It is essential that you have worked in innovative, technology centric growing businesses that look to make an impact within their chosen fields. You will be technology minded and ideally have an understanding of the payments/finTech industry. You will be comfortable operating at board and central bank level. It is essential that you have a recognised professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or MBA in finance from a reputable institution. It is essential that you have an excellent command of the English language.
