Job description / Role

Management and implementation of marketing strategy and plans
• Develop and update annual marketing strategy and plans
• Develop marketing annual budget
• Implement marketing strategy, policies, procedures and marketing plans related to the projects
• Report to Deputy CEO/Operations on the marketing efforts related to project activities in terms of budget allocation, progress on milestones set to ensure set objectives are achieved

Development marketing plans and market studies
• Develop the project marketing strategy and marketing plans which feeds in the development management plan
• Coordinate with the nominated development lead the product characteristics that need to be highlighted in the marketing plans
• Develop the project marketing plan related to the launch of the products is in alignment with the development plans of the project and ensure pre-sale marketing activities are carried out on time
• Manage the development of the customer journey for the project based on the marketing strategy for the project and guidelines
• Explore and develop new opportunities and potential target customers and marketing strategies that can be implemented and targeted

Development of marketing material
• Manage Marketing the development and implementation of the communication plans and all communications
• Ensure that all communication material and all press releases are branded according to the company branding guidelines
• Manage all relations with the branding, adverting and marketing agencies and ensure that all communications and marketing campaigns adhere to the company standards and promote the company lifestyle
• Review the content and branding of the customer newsletters to ensure the content reflects the customer journey of the project

Management of sales and post sales activities
• Support Development by defining the customer journey for the overall experience with a focus on the sales centre, communication channels and approach.
• Support Development by developing required renderings, animations, way finding, enter / exist points, and overall experience
• Ensure that events are planned and setup according to the marketing plan are carried on time and within the allocated budget and all activities related to the event are completed on
• Manage the event setup and management ensuring that branding guidelines are adhered to
• Monitor the results of the marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement based on feedback from the sales team
• Review lessons learned reports provided by the sales team and customer care and that all relevant areas of improvement are highlighted and raised to CEO and Deputy CEO/Operations and ensure they are incorporated in future marketing strategies and plans

Stakeholder and Team Management
• Liaise with regional and local media and government agencies to build public relations and ensure the necessary level of media coverage for the company
• Manage relations with local brand agencies, on-line and direct marketing agencies to ensure quality of services as required and timely delivery of scope of work related to all marketing material
• Monitor the performance and development of all subordinates
• Review and evaluate all external agencies submissions


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

Preferred Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real-estate marketing
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a management role

Job Specific Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of marketing / communications business with media exposure
• Ability to communicate marketing image to all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to prioritize competing agendas
• Proven leadership within complex teams and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate diverse team
• Ability to be creative and innovative while adhering to budgetary and quality parameters
