Head of Product & Innovation

Company:
Our client is provides managed solutions for businesses across GC. They are currently looking to recruit Head of Product & Innovation.

Location - Bahrain
Region to cover – MENA

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take a point role within the Product Innovation team –organizing the work of the team, tracking and ensuring on time delivery within budget
• Own and manage the product development lifecycle by working closely with the Engineering team
• Ensure the smooth running of the Product Innovation team
• Liase with various departments that have requests for the Product Innovation Team
• Leading a team to execution the day to day functions
• customer research, design thinking, strategy, and product excellence

Requirements

Qualification & Experience
• Must have 10 – 12 years of relevant experience
• Must have experience in Product like SDWAN, Cloud , UCAS, Digitization, AI, IOT
• Ability to Cover the whole life cycle of a product specially GTM
• Fluency in English. Arabic is plus
• Good communication skills
