Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Head of Retail Operations on behalf of a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career by taking ownership of back office retail operations for an ever expanding brand.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 5 years of experience in retail operations management and this experience must have been gained working within a foreign exchange company. You will have excellent knowledge in branch operations however be comfortable working in a purely back office capacity. It is essential that you have excellent people management skills combined with excellent compliance management expertise. You will be educated to degree level and have an excellent command of written & spoken English.
