Job description / Role
A leading financial services organisation in the region is looking for a Head of Sales Operations to manage the sales team, a number of offices and the region's sales results.
• You will be responsible for managing a team of 30 sales staff and Sales Managers. You will inspire, lead and motivate the sales teams to deliver results.
• An experienced relationship builder, you will create and manage key business relationships with partners in order to increase sales.
• Reporting in to the General Manager you will have many years experience in the foreign exchange / remittance business so will be familiar with all compliance issues and how the industry works.
• You will set sales targets for your team and ensure they are delivered.
• You will have overall management responsibility for the store appearances, functionality and operations.
Requirements
• Experience of working with a foreign exchange or remittance business in the region is mandatory.
• 7-10 years minimum work experience in a sales and operational role within financial services
• At least 2-3 years experience in a Managerial role, managing people and revenue generation activities
• Operational management experience.
• Problem solving attitude with an ability to take responsibility and find a solution.
• Drive and hunger to deliver results
• Enthusiasm and an ability to motivate teams to deliver on targets.
