Company
• Our client responsible for managing and operating airports. They are currently looking to recruit Head - Strategy

Duties & Responsibilities
• Facilitate the development and review of the company organizational strategy.
• Provide recommendation on strategy based on analysis, anticipation, challenging and interpretation of business intelligence data, and ensure alignment of strategy with internal and external environment based on available projections of current trends and future expectations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of business intelligence data and make recommendation to correct any gaps.
• Facilitate adjustment of strategy or introduction of new strategies, in response to changes in company and market performance, as well as other business intelligence.
• Work with the department manager to ensure that the overall organizational strategy is translated into strategic plans and the performance is monitored regularly to ensure strategic plans are in line with the overall strategy.
• Facilitate the development of the company scorecard framework.
• Work with senior management to review and update the company scorecard to ensure business alignment with strategy.
• Facilitate communicating the strategy internally and externally so that employees, partners, stakeholders, and shareholders understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals and to raise engagement levels.
• Work with the department manager in the development of the company annual operational plan.
• Supervise the production of on-going research that includes:
• Aviation sector analysis and implications on the company target market sectors.
• Country macro-economic analysis and implications on financial stability of the company.
• Regional macro-economic analysis

Requirements

Qualification & Experience
• 5-8 years relevant business experience with at least 3 years in strategy development and planning.
• Independently competent in routine situations in the tools and techniques of strategic planning, process management, business process analysis, risk assessment and control, data collection, analysis tools and techniques, problem solving tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Project Management certification, e.g. PMP, CAPM, Prince 2 preferred
