Job description / Role
Purpose: To work under the general direction of Director of Sales and within the limits of established Group local policies and procedures. To provide and manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the hotel in Bahrain & Saudi Market.
This job requires ability to perform the following:
- Strong customer service and communication skills required with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. experience preferred.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Ability to maintain confidential information is critical
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, percentages and variances are utilized frequently.
- Traveling is required.
Requirements
Required Bachelor Degree or Higher Secondary Qualification plus Diploma and 2-3 year experience in Sales & Marketing in 4-5 star hotel.Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
Preferably with GCC experience holder. Experience of Bahrain will be additional advantage.
