Client is a leading Design studio in the Middle East. They are expanding their reach across the globe, setting the standard of interior design worldwide. As part of their long term growth strategy, my client are looking for talented Interior Design Director to work directly under the company's CEO. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and shape their career with their award winning Bahrain office as they work on some regions leading projects.
Details of the role:
• Ensure that any issues that arise during the process is quickly dealt with to a high standard.
• Provide support to the Design team in design as well as supervision.
• Promote team spirit.
• Running Design teams up to 5 – working on primarily hospitality projects.
• Managing project deadlines and ensure project are delivered on time to a high standard.
Requirements
• 10 Years of relevant experience.
• GCC experience is ideal but not essential.
• Ideally a degree in Interior design however Architecture will be considered.
• Experience delivering large scale projects.
• Strong Management skills.
• Strong Problem solving skills.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is a MUST.
