The successful candidate's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

- Update, maintain and manage the central Independence system.
- Liaise with client-facing personnel in updating the central Independence system.
- Address queries received in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform monitoring exercises and checks related to the central Independence system, as required.
- Effectively communicate and implement independence policies and procedures.
- Remain updated with developments and changes related to independence policies and procedures.
- Support team members with other Independence-related tasks.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
