Job description / Role
• Identifying potential investors and establishing/maintaining a good working relationship.
• Selling overseas investments to potential clients.
• Ensuring an effective working relationship with developers.
• Assembling property portfolio and presenting it to clients.
• Attending exhibitions and networking events.
Requirements
• College degree in related field or commensurate work experience.
• Successful sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Preferably fluent English and Arabic.
• Computer literate.
• Strong knowledge of market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak with persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
• Ability to network, build and maintain customer relationships internally and externally.
• Desire to win and produce results.
• Demonstrated talent to be innovative and creative.
