Job description / Role
A leading Bahrain based family office with an established long-term track record is looking for a dynamic Investment Analyst with three to five years analytical experience across different asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Alternatives and cash) ideally in institutional / family office environment.
• Investment due diligence & detailed Investment research: Covering both Fund Manager analysis / review and detailed individual security / product analysis.
• Portfolio Analysis: Portfolio monitoring, analysis and reporting as well as comparison against benchmarks and peer groups.
• Execution & portfolio transition: Trade planning, insurrections and transaction cost analysis including transition of portfolios to ensure the minimization of investment risks and transition costs.
• Compliance and risk management: Portfolio monitoring to ensure compliance with internal and external policies / guidelines as well as ensuring appropriate portfolio risk management.
• Data Management: Managing a central research database.
Requirements
• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in relates discipline. Candidate pursuing post graduate or professional qualification (like CFA) would be highly desirable.
• Candidates should be flexible and adaptable to changing market & corporate environment with an aptitude for quantitative and fundamental analysis.
